Our office is located on the northwest-side of Chicago, one mile southeast of the Harlem-Irving Plaza shopping mall, across the street from St. Priscilla's Catholic church. We have been in the same location since 1985, and have recently expanded to include a physical therapy suite, larger massage therapy suite and updated reception area.

Our mission at Chicago Sports & Chiropractic Medicine is to provide cost-effective, high-quality care to people of all ages. We strive to not only correct a person's health problems, but to educate and enlighten people so that they can prevent similar problems in the future.
